What is the typical lead time on a piece of equipment?
Lead times will vary, dependent upon the complexity of the equipment or system. We at Aura Systems Inc. make every effort to utilize off the shelf or short lead components in our equipment so as not to incur extra time in delivering a product to you. You can generally expect that we can build something for you from a short 3 week time period to possibly as long as 12 weeks, again depending upon the complexity of the system.
Can you come to our facility to evaluate our needs?
Absolutely. There are many instances where visiting you and your facility may be very beneficial to your company and we are willing to do that. Call us, we will schedule a visit.
We do not have a full engineering staff available to do preliminary designs. How can you help?
Many facilities do not have a staff of engineers to do preliminary engineering for equipment. Aura specializes in providing the engineering required to meet your specifications in both the design and implementation of new projects.
We are sustaining more and more injuries, due to ergonomic issues. How can you help?
Not only have our engineers designed many ergonomic systems in the past, but we work with other companies who are experts in the ergonomic field, whom we may call upon from time to time to assist in evaluation and construction of equipment which can eliminate your ergonomic issues.
Do you offer installation of your equipment?
Yes. We have personnel who are professional installation people, for the type of equipment that we produce. We can even help you with the integration of your new equipment to your old equipment.
Our cycle times are too slow with the equipment we have. What can you do?
Call us. We can evaluate your situation and propose a solution. Much of our experience has been in the automotive assembly area where cycle times are critical. If your equipment is over 10 years old, many improvements have been made in technology whereby cycle times may be reduced substantially.
Can you build from our drawings?
Yes.
Do you offer a warranty with your equipment?
Yes. We offer a 1 year warranty on all units and systems. We also offer extended warranties which can be purchased when you buy the equipment.
How do I get a quote?
Simply give us a call. We will go over every aspect of what you are needing and possibly make a trip to your facility if necessary. We will then provide you with a quotation.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Depending upon the complexity of the proposed equipment from a couple of days to 3 weeks. On the more complex units we must gather quotes on components from many different suppliers and this takes a little while to put everything together.
